This class will cover 29 CFR 1910.146 Permit Required Confined Spaces and NFPA 1006, Standard for Technical Rescuer, 2008 Edition. The class will work its way through the equipment and procedures required to execute a rescue from a confined space. Vertical and horizontal spaces will be displayed and made available to execute rescues. Air quality monitoring, rope rescue, rescue tripod, basic to advanced rigging, ventilation, lock/out tag out and incident command system will all be covered as part of this course.
